i wore my retainers tonight for about an hour. they started to hurt horribly, so i took them out. i noticed my teeth werent as straight as before and have moved a lot, so i thought i should start wearing my retainers again. eek, they hurt. real bad. haha

I haven't worn my retainer in a week. I'm scared to put it back in because it DOES hurt. hahah. <3<3
