i am getting so bad at updating. i guess that means i have a life now. huh, imagine that.
so, let's see, last week was uberbusy. monday was the regents' xmas party at boren's. schmoozy as usual, pretending to be interested in what was going on around me. no cute grandson this year, but a very nice waiter. tuesday was broadway babies over at weitz. it was superfun!! wednesday was sort of free, besides pulling some extra hours at middle earth. thursday was celebration of family traditions at middle earth. it was soooo fun!! yummy food and great to get to spend some more time with the parents and families of my students. then friday i pulled a long shift at ulta. crazy holiday hours.
and this week shows no sign of slowing down. i pull split shifts all week at middle earth, then i work every day but today and wed. at ulta. and ulta closes at 10 for holiday, which means maybe i get home at 11.30 and in bed by midnight, only to have to be at middle earth at 7.30. yick. but the money's goodgreat, so...
and saturday's the big day! after an 8-4 at ulta, my 21st bday bash is at the boys' place. stop by if you know where it is. we'll be drinking and being generally merry all nite.
