ebay, BN , teaching
So I've been communicating with the guy I got the phone from trying to explain to him why I'm upset. First he told me that he never said the phone was new and then in the next email said well its new because I never used it. But hey, if the phone has scratches on it, even if not large ones, to me that says the phone is not new, right? Anyways I've been trying to go through him figuring that would be easier than filing a claim on paypal and hoped that he would just give me my money back and be done but he doesnt seem to want to do that. If the next email I get from him says anything other than I'll give you your money back and send me back the phone then I'll probably file a complaint. I would love to have this over! In similar news I have been on ebay trying to find a "brand new still in box" cell phone and I've found a couple that have caught my eye so I think that I'll be doing that sometime in the next day or two : - )
Not too much going on other than that. Been watching a lot of movies with Stephanie lately, gotta love down time. Teaching Monday, Thursday and Friday this week! A day at GHS and two days at Madison.
I'm frustrated with my manager at BN - I mean hes great but what good is filling out the Request for Time Off book if he doesnt look at it? Three Fridays is a row (I normally work Fridays) he scheduled me to work when I RTO'd. This past Friday I worked because no one could take my shift - I had to give up a sub job! This week I'm not doing it again and if no one can work for me and since they have an extra person that morning I wont be going to work, whether I'm excused from it or I have to call in sick. The next weekend I'm in NY for Jeffrey's recital and he scheduled me Friday and Saturday. I dont get it. I'll have to talk to him at work on Tuesday when I go. Maybe I should just ask to work Saturday and Tuesday. I thought about adding Sunday and that would still guarantee me three days of work since who knows how often I'll get called to sub, but I really like having sunday's off... anyways something to think about.
