"Do Not Fork From Rear"
Well lets see here.....
I got an eye exam last week, so I could get some new contacts. And Im still waiting for the contacts to come in. I really really ned new ones, too because Im only supposed to wear the ones I have for like a month and a half, and Ive been wearing this pair I have now for like 4 or 5 months, probably. I dont know, I lost count. But my eyes have been bugging me like none other lately. Old contacts = unhappy eyes.
OOOh!! I had the most random day on sunday. I was planning on going to the y, when I get a call from my friend eugene. He is a friend of mine from pierce, when I was first going there way back when. Anyway, he called to tell me that our mutual friend nick was in town. Nick transferred to western a long time ago, and he only has one quarter of school left! yay for nick! And when he comes home to visit, he is pretty far away anyway, cause his family lives in olympia. Well, I was really excited when they called me up. Apparently they were haning out, going to the mall and whatnot. They invited me out to dinner, so I went out with them for a while, talked, had a really good time. It was nice to see nick after a really long time....I just hope he doesnt stay such a damn stranger after this! Oh yeah, we went to the ram for dinner (their choice). So later on, I went back to the ram with courtney. We were sitting in a booth when two friends of mine from high school showed up. It was completely crowded in that place, so they asked to sit with us. It was shawn, al, and al's girlfriend jamie. Shawn ended up drinking like 5 huge mugs of beer, and was talking to random people as they walked by our booth. He also went out and danced with two random girls. It was entertaining, to say the least.
All in all, I had a good sunday. The rest of my weekend wasnt too shabby, either. I saw "the in-laws", and "a mighty wind". They were both pretty funny.
Finding Nemo comes out tomorrow!!!! I am planning on previewing it tonight at work. That movie looks soooo cute!!! I am really excited about it....yes, I am a nerd. Eh, oh well.
Oh yeah, and I am reading the grapes of wrath right now. It seems like I only read it at work, so its taking me a long time to get through it. Im a little more than halfway done now, and I think its a good book. I dont know what I want to read next though......
Anyway, I am going to take off now. We are trying to get alex to "poop on the potty", but he is being resistant. Kids....
