Ash Wednesday
Well today is the beginning of lent, I believe. I should think of something to give up....I think I have a lot of options, since Im such a heathan. Ha.
I took Alex to get his hair cut today at a place called Hairs to You. Cute. Anyway, he finally got a hair cut. He was looking pretty shaggy. Plus, he loved it because he got a sucker afterwards. It made his day.
My mom got alex this battery operated electric guitar that turns into a violin if that strikes your fancy better. He has been really obsessed with playing guitar lately, so she went out and got him that. I think its dumb, personally. It also aggravates the hell out of Alex. So now Im on a mission to find a small acoustic he can play. I went searching at wal mart today, but....to no avail. Perhaps toys r us has them. Even a little ukulele would be just his size. Where do you find stuff like that????
Anyhoo, I am going to take off now. I dont really have any plans for the evening, but thats okay with me!
