The Connecticut Sheep, Wool, and Fiber Festival

Last weekend, Lee and I went with the Hat City Scissor Squad gals to the Connecticut Sheep, Wool, and Fiber Festival. It was barnsful of wool of all kinds, all touchable, all amazing, all fascinating. There were people all over the place at spindles and spinning wheels, spinning. There were some alpacas at the arts festival this year. Soooo adorable!

Wow, sounds like so much fun! you are lucky to have a guy who likes to go with. I have gotten the Man Friend to step foot in at least 3 yarn stores, which astounds even me.

Looks like sooo much fun! Your buddies all look like amazing girls. You look so happy. I need some knitting galpals down here. Did you have anyone you knit with in Pcola? Or am I going to have to come to connect-ti-cut??

Actually, in Pensacola I knitted with Dawn, who is "ihatetoast" on LJ. She replied just a couple of comments above you. She's got a swell group that meets at B&N in Pensacola.
