A quick update and new purpose
My update is this: I am living in Quebec, teaching English to rugrats and adults alike. I love it here. I am more in love than I've ever been and falling harder and harder every day. I had a birthday. I'm now 21 and a legal alcoholic in the United States. Nathan made it the most special birthday I've ever had. I had a party, awesome presents (Guitar Hero and Sing Star included,) and the best present ever: Despite Nathan's obvious distaste for the work that goes into taking care of a pet, he flew my kitten in from Detroit. She now lives with us and love Nathan. I don't think I've ever been so happy in my life. I do, however, miss my family and my roomie and my friends from D-Town. But life is great. I love playing house. I installed two door knobs, hung a door, hung shelves, etc... It's been ideal.
Now, I never write in this thing anybody because I am too busy living. One thing I have been looking for however is a place where I can digitally store and share the different recipes I make and enjoy. And while I'm sure there is a better venue for that somewhere, I have decided to use my live journal so that I can do little mini-updates while I share my mad cooking skills.
