Moira woke me up at 7:15am this morning.
I got up and made tea, and started breakfast, and somehow became productive.
I have spent the majority of my day cleaning and organizing in Moira's room. Another hour of sorting things into seperate storage bags in her toy box (farm animals, rubber ducks and friends, musical instruments, etc) and it should be entirely under control. Next comes lessons from Moira on putting away one set of toys before you start playing wih another and DON'T dump out everything from your toybox/animal basket/blanket stack/dress-up box/drawers onto the floor. Especially not all at once.
If I were feeling especially heroically motivated, I'd do a check through her drawers to pull out any clothes that are too small to pass along to Lillian and to her younger cousin. I don't think I feel quite that heroic.
I also cleaned the bathroom and cleared a deal of clutter from various parts of the living room, and rode on a very long boat cruise with Moira on her bed, at the end of which we saved the mermaid kingdom from an evil littering octopus and Malificent.
Soon Moira and I will be off to the park so she can burn off more energy.
After I drop her off with her father, Clint and I are going to go see Avatar 3D. I have some apprehension about it, but a lot of people keep saying it is really good. More importantly, we are going to stop at the game store by the theater to get the Zombies expansion that allows you to play Zombies instead of humans.
Clint has the day off tomorrow, and I am taking a work from home day, and the laundry will be tackled.
