Brokeback Mountain (aka The Gay Cowboys)
Saw Brokeback Mountain tonight. I didn't like it. Overall, it was actually kinda boring. Although Heath Ledger was cute..not up to his usual hottness but what can you expect from a gay cowboy huh? I was a bit suprised by the movie, it wasn't exactly what I was expecting...but what can you really expect from this movie anyway? Assfucking? Well, as nice as that sounds for the gay couple I didn't want to actually SEE Heath Legder fucking Jake Gyllenhal (sp?) but hey. Although neither of them look half bad naked. Anne Hatheway's (sp?) boobs made an appearance...that suprised me...she is a really good actress though. I thought she did a good job. The end almost caused an emotional reaction similar to sadness or sympathy but it was overcome by the incredible happiness of the end of the movie so I could go home.
Overall, boring. I don't know why I didn't like it...maybe it's because I hate cowboys...or maybe it's because I had to scan the western section at the bookstore today. Who knows.
