FEMA apparantly is telling families that they cannot take one cat or one single dog on the boats they are evacuating in.

Yeah it's terrible.

What's even more terrible is the atrocious humanitarian catastrophe of thousands of people who are being accused and judged for "looting" while they're in contaminated stagnant flood water without food or water in 100+ degree weather. Not to mention the little to no effort on the state and federal government's part to get people to higher ground and their unforgivable slowness to reacting to this disaster.
