This weekend I went home for Josie's bridal shower which turned out to be a lot of fun. We wrapped my sister up in a toilet paper dress (complete with pasties) which she laughed off. Haha!
I spent Friday cleaning my dad's garage, which was quite the job, but I was able to recruite some help from Josie and Josh, so it went by quicker.
Friday after the shower I went to the mall to get my hair cut... MISTAKE!!! I Thought that I would save myself some money by going to a cheaper place. Just a suggestion: Don't go to Master Cuts in Crossroads mall! I was just going to go and get a trim, but somehow I talked myself into getting layers. So when we got there, I looked through the books, and Josie pointed to this picture that she really liked. She said "that would look good on you." So I decided on the spot that I would get that one. I sit in the seat and the guy sprays my hair down with water and starts cutting and Jenn, Josie and Josh leave. He finishes my hair in less than 10 min. At this point my hair is just this huge frizz-ball so I have no idea whether the cut is good or not. He says "I would blow dry it, but I don't have time, I have 3 other customers waiting." "I will put some anti-frizz stuff in it for you." He grabs this oil stuff, globs a handful into my hair, looks at it, and says "I will do some more." He grabs the bottle and puts another handful into my hair. So now my hair is just this greasy mess!
We left the mall quickly because I was in poor spirits about my hair and Jenn wasn't feeling well. It wasn't till I got back to Jenn's house that I started running my fingers through my hair, and found long pieces of hair that he missed!!!
Well, Josie and Jenn talked me into going back and having him fix it. So I did. As he "fixed" it, he told me that I didn't have to come back, "it was only a few pieces, you could have done it yourself." WTF!!! That's why I F-ing paid him. I was hoping to get my money back, but I did not want to make a scene in front of customers so I just left calmly.
k, sorry, I'm done ranting. I'm over it now. There's not much I can do about it.
