Movies, and Drinks, and Risk, Oh My
Last night I saw He's Just Not That Into You with my little sister. Really sweet, smart, funny film. Total chickflick but funny enough that I wouldn't feel badly dragging a date to see it. All of the great stuff from the self-help book+Love Actually+When Harry Met Sally. I was expecting fluff from the cast I knew about, but I was actually impressed quite a bit. Jennifer Aniston can act. Who knew? And it hand Jennifer Connelly who has always been a favorite of mine.
Also had a small adventure with a friend involving drinks at a dive bar (where, naïve me, I discovered that it's generally unreasonable to expect that they have the ingredients for cosmopolitans ... like the fruit juice?) and getting momentarily lost trying to find the house of the honorary French Consul for Montana so that he could assist her with her Vista issues. Good times!
Today will include: Laundry, Dishes, Latin at The Break with Crystal, Greek at my apartment with Drew and Michelle, and, hopefully, a game of Godstorm Risk with the previous two fabulous people.
