So, we looked at the carseat we got from bestbuybaby.com...I think thats it.
It has a dark line in the fabric on one of the diamond shapes and about 15+ snags in the fabric! I am about to lose it! So I call the company they told me to call Britax because we have a warranty, they tell me its an old carseat and they dont carry that kind so they can offer me a different fabric and send it to me. They name them off and they are all the ones we dont want! Except one but my husband doesnt want it.
So anyways..I tell her how come you dont have all the fabrics when you are BRITAX! That doesnt make sense! She had no answer really
Then I said well you are telling me I have to pick a fabric I dont want or live with snags in the carseat, she said yeah pretty much!
I maybe overreacting but when you spend alot of money on something you want the best, and this isnt the best and I am getting very upset especially when no one seems to know what to do.
So, now what....do I call the company we ordered it from back and tell them I want a refund and order another one someone where....or see if they will do an exchange....or forget about it and live with it :(.....
IT is about to make me sick and get me an ulcer!!!!
