Mondays are my favorite day of the week

My husband and I have Mondays off together every week for the most part. Today we did a lot together. He came with me to the social security office so I could get a new card for my new married name. It wasn't a very long wait. Then we went to look at some Condo's because we are trying to decide if we should buy instead of rent soon. After we went there we drove through a neighborhood near us and picked up some brochures from houses for sale. These houses were built in the 70's so they were old but a lot more affordable for us in the future hopefully. I think Dan is a bit concerned about if they are going to need a lot of work and stuff. I can understand that but I think they would be good for us. They were only a little more expensive than some of the condos. We'll see. We decided we might wait another year or so before moving into a condo or home because of the money down and stuff.

After all that we went and bought an Ionic Breeze for the living room. You know those air purifiers to help clean the air. We're hoping it works well. It was pretty expensive so it should be good. When we got home we went to the pool except by then it was getting cloudy and the sun was not out although it was still warm out and nice to sit out at the pool, just a little boring because it was not hot enough to cool off in the pool. Next Monday we plan on going back out to the pool. We went to the grocery store and bought stuff for hamburgers and Dan cooked the best hamburgers ever. We also bought some potato salad which was so good too. Now we have leftovers for a while.

I was also getting my ring sized and we went and picked that up today. It fits great now. Now I am here at the dining room table and we are watching The 4400. It is a great show and the second season is about to start. Tomorrow I have to work but I have Wednesday and Thursday off. Not sure what I will do yet besides laundry. Oh and laying out by the pool and swimming. I love summer for some reasons!
