The technologically advanced redneck
So driving down Trent today, I was following a F-250 with two german shepherds, completely unsecured, pacing in the truck bed. Being adamantly against this practice of driving with dogs in the pickup bed (unless they are crated) and especially without even being tied out, I wasn't feeling particularly pleased with the situation. As referenced in the subject, the phrase "damn redneck" came to mind. As we stopped at a red light, I realized there was more to this situation. The driver was talking on a cell phone. Apparently rednecks embrace technology now.
