It's been forever since I have let you guys what I have been up to.
I keep trying to write entries, then I put the computer down to do something else, and then... *poof* no more desire to continue to type out my mundane life.
Nothing new and/or exciting to report.
Well, I guess a couple of things.
I've been working a lot. That's good, because not only am I able to pay rent, I am able to get a few people gifts for Christmas. I need to get started on that.
When we were little, our parents would allow us one big present and then they would fill the space under the tree with little things that we needed or fun things; you know- just things we could open and be happy. Well, Chavo said he always just got one or two presents, so this year- I'm gonna hook him up. I just need some ideas about what to get him; non-expensive things. Any ideas?
I bought christmas lights for the front door and a little tree for us to decorate. I just need to get some stockings and put our names on them and then everything will be just like home. I haven't had that kind of Christmas in a while.
I know the true meaning of Christmas, but I like the fun traditions as well.
What's not so good about working is the fact that I have a lot of school work to do and not so much time to do it in. Here's the list:
*bio lab paper - I think I will do it on attack dolphins and why dolphins are able to do that kind of thing --> due Thursday.
*English project - Ezra Pound and the Imagists project - a poem a day for twenty days with a page written on each poem (That's 20 typed pages people!), 2 critical articles, one primary work by the author about poetics --> all of it due Thursday.
--Presentation on said project --> due Tuesday
*humongous BSAT 205 graded assignment... I don't even know the due date, either monday or wednesday.
*English Portfolio - notes/comments on everything read during the semester, decorated binder, extra credit, delphi journals, yada yada yada --> due thursday.
*Honors book report - haven't read the book --> due friday.
That's that. I have no free time.
My dad will be back in the states for good in a few days. He'll be in Louisiana for a month then he is moving to Virginia. Which is cool I guess.
My brother is coming home for a little bit before he goes to Iraq. Did I mention that?
Oh yeah- my step-bro, Nathan is in the Marines andwill be leaving for Iraq soon.
Sucks.

There are so many weddings and pregnancies around me, it's unreal.
Also:
So many people who have the ability to blow everything off and get to go out and have fun tonight.. I am home working on school stuff. Maybe when Chav gets off of work, we'll do the Christmas decorating.
I love living with Chavo.
I love him. And he loves me, too.

I did Pilates yesterday..I think I will get into the habit of doing that. I like it.
I know I promised pics of the new place... but uh, it'll have to wait.
