Woo! Complete and utter nonsense.
My Body Hates Me!
I swear, my body has it in for me. It gets me sick at the ABSOLUTE WORST times! Right before my surgery, and now right before a convention. It's nothing major yet, though, so that's good. Just the sniffles and a soar throat. It wouldn't be that horrible, though, if I hadn't gotten my monthly friend at the EXACT SAME time. T_T!! Therefor, today is just crap, though tomorrow will be better.
What The Heck is Up With My Dad
My dad's birthday was this weekend, so both me and my brother tried to contact him, me on Saturday and him on Sunday, and both times his phone was off. This sort of worries me. You see, he's a truck driver, as some of you know, and so he doesn't have a home phone anymore, just his cell phone, and he ALWAYS has it on and charged so that people like his family can get in contact with him... and he hasn't called us in two weeks. He usually calls weekly. Plus, we both left him messages, you'd think he'd respond, but you know, this is my dad we're talking about.... it's probably nothing, but you know, I worry a lot.
My Car Status
Well, my car is at the repair place as we speak. I'm getting my oil changed and stuff for this trip, plus I'm seeing if I can't get my blinker fixed. Also, getting my fuel cap checked because the light on my dashboard tells me to.
Free Food, Yay!
Today after a stupid meeting on "teamwork" (believe me, the Docugraphics department where I work is the only department in this law firm that doesn't need this lecture) they're feeding us! Yay for real food and not Turkey and Cheese sandwich with absolutely nothing else to sustain my energy for the day!!
