so i spoke to rich and apparently we are both A+ blood types... his parents obviously have to get tested and figure out what they are... but... in the event that they dont match... or the doctors think a younger organ is better... ill probably be the donor... rich and i have the same birthday so out kidneys are the exact same age... and we are the exact same hight and weight... so as long as my tissue type matches we are a perfect match... its a little nerve racking to say the least... thats a major sugery... but id love to give it to him... we joke about being heterosexual life partners.. there would definitely be no questioning that if he has my kidney... haha... we'll see... we find out how bad it is in two days... hopefully it doesnt come to that and he'll be fine...
