So there I am, minding my own business at work, when I discover that this rack that I installed a couple weeks ago is upside down! This "installation" is really no big deal, but it was a little difficult to take everything off, set it aside, fix it, and re-install it. Why? Because this rack was holding human blood products in the -80ºC freezer.
Not only was I trying to work quickly because my fingers felt like they were a moment from falling off, but also because I couldn't let any of the stuff thaw, nor could I let the freezer warm up too much or else a godawfully loud alarm would start going off.
Oh, and it's metal. Not the really rocking kind, but the "your fingerprints will freeze onto it and rip off of your fingers when you pull away" kind.
