It's been a long time!
I know, I haven't updated this stupid thing in forever. The fact is, there's really not a lot to say. I've been home for the last several weeks, preparing for our big youth rally! It's been great to be here, just relaxing and regrouping for the next round of meetings I'll be involved in. I know my voice has appreciated it, too. I've been able to rest it quite a bit, and not have to worry much about singing.
I'll be going up to Blackstone, Mass. at the end of April for a meeting, and then coming right back for the youth rally. In fact, I caught an early flight back so I can spend most of the day at the church, preparing the sound, and making sure everything's just right. We don't have a super large sound system, but what we have sounds pretty good, and I sure hope it will fill the space we're using for the youth rally.
The choir sounds absolutely incredible. Between Samson Ryman's skills in front of them, and my musical direction, things are taking a pretty incredible shape. I love doing it this way, and I'm so glad I still get to be involved with something I invested 10 years of my life in!
