(no subject)
Well alot has been going on lately but im trying to only go on the computer to do my homework, play games and to look at art.
I got accepted to APU. I was really starting to have my doubts as to whether i was going to get in or not. This just means school is really going to start now. I want to live on campus, just for the sake of getting out of the house, but it is much to expensive. So ill probably be living at home for the first few semesters at least.
I also got my results back from the firemans test i took in January. I past with a 78, but didnt do as good as id have liked to. But my dad said he talked to some policemen that took it who didnt do much better than i did, and their job already requires them to know most of the stuff that was on the test anyways. So that was a little encouragement. Hopefully ill still get called.
I went today to look for a new car. I really dont want one as of now because that just means im a going to have to start making car payments. I dont want to do that considering i have 3 cars already...kind of. The Stang is still in the shop and im guessing wont be mine when its done, id just as well sell it. My truck is going down hill everyday. And Alysas car which im not sure is mine or not is pretty old and has a lot of miles on it. But i understand that i need a more reliable car if im going to be driving to Azusa everyday. It is another Ford Ranger but has a little more room in it and is a 2004 with only 15 miles on it. The dealership has a good deal on it right now so we might end up getting that one.
Chris spent the night last night. We were really bored last night. We drove around looking for a videogame to rent but couldnt even find one that was worth our 5 dollars so we just came back to my house and played videogames, pool and darts till 3:30AM. He was too tired to drive home so he just stayed over. I hadnt had anyone spend the night in years, it was kind of weird. We had some pretty deep talks which were nice too. And of course some hard laughs. My dad pounded on my wall at 3:30 because we were too loud, and i kind of felt bad.
Dave matthews has a new CD coming out in a month which im really excited about. Im thinking about Preorder it, ive never done that with anything before though. They are also having a US tour throughout the year with about 4 in California. Im hoping to go to atleast one. I definatly have to go see them in concert because ill be really sad at myself if they break up before i see them. Tickets go on sale in April but are probably running for like 100 dollars.
