Unreliable

And once again my computer has failed to work.  And once again i am tempted to punch the screen in.  And once again it never ceases to give me a pounding headache.

It never fails...

I put so much trust and faith in my computer that it just ends up letting me down.  I need to stop having faith in a mere machine.  So now i am going to be without a computer for the next month or so.  Right about time midterms and my 2 finals in my internet classes.  I am sick of having to reformat my computer (the fourth time!) and having to delete everything off of it so i decided to give my warranty a try, and besides thats what its for.  Have them deal with it, not me.  But of course i cant find my warranty or even my reciept.  So i had to go down there and luckily they made a copy of it for me.  So i called the company and i stood my ground against those ever persuasive operators.  I told him whats up.

Operator: "Um yeah its most likely a software problem, something you downloaded to your computer."
Me: "Um no its not that, i take care of my computer and watch what i do.  Besides this is the fourth time this has happened.  I dont put the same stuff on each time."
Me: "Im almost positive its a hardware problem, the hard drive.  Dont you think?"
Operator: "No i doubt it, i think its software."
Me: "So what am i supposed to do about that?"
Operator: "Well you can run the recovery disks, do you know how to work those?"
Me: "Yes a little too well, i ran that three times already and i dont want to have to be doing that every 2 weeks!"
Operator: "Hmm well i guess you can send it in to us and we can run a diagnostic on it to see if it is hardware."
Me: "Well id rather do that than having to delete everything all the time because obviously thats not working."
Operator: "Ok we'll send you a prestamped box and you can ship it in that, itll take about 3 weeks before you get it back though."
Me: "Fine."
