View Other New York Photos Did I mention "90% Chance of Heavy Rain"? I did? Okay good. Because it started pouring within 10 minutes of that post. I just want everyone to know that weather.com is accurate. This photo of me was shortly after I got the mail in about 30 seconds before it had to be there.
I had a classic movie moment where I was standing on the curb waiting for the light to change and a car sped up against the curb, directly through the huge puddle/pothole, causing a tidal wave of street water to soak most of my anterior side. I did manage to jump and avoid getting my jacket soaked, so it came down to just the jeans, and they were all but dry. Guess this means I have to wash them.
I was supposed to meet up with Brandy who was in town from Los Angeles, but I missed her call the one time she rang and I couldn't get ahold of her after that. Sorry Brandy!
I went to dinner at an Italian place called Max's with friend-of-a-friend, Pierce. Fantastic meal, and Pierce is a cool cat.
Okay, bed for now. Then up from bed in the morning hopefully.
Now, if only the snow part of that weather report comes true, we'll be golden.
