Boston = Fashion-y sort of ; NYC anyone?
So, I've been doing a lot of networking with people in the Boston Fashion Meetup (did some collaboration with a fashion photographer, and a web designer). Currently working with a group of people from Meetup to design clothing to - hopefully - be shown in Boston Fashion Week. Yes, it's finally coming back after a 2 year hiatus! We'll see how that pans out.
And if not, I suppose there's always NYC, my backup plan for breaking into a career in fashion. I think if I moved there I would probably try to work in fashion manufacturing/production, though.
I'm planning to spend my vacation time in NYC, probably 1 - 2 weeks. Not sure how that's going to be affordable, but if anyone wants to come, let me know!!
