Does this thing still work?
I haven't written on here since March. Whoa.
The strange thing is, I stumbled on this "50 Books" idea on some other blog, and it reminded me to check my lj friends page. And now I see that nearly everyone is on the 50 books train.
My first book of '08 is Extremely Loud & Incredibly Close. God I love Jonathan Safran Foer! I also love books where kids narrate. The funny thing is--I kinda hate most kids! I'm half-way through it right now. In typical Jonathan Safran Foer form, the story disturbs and makes me giggle at the same time. So far, I highly recommend.
