Today was a day of long walks. Well, one long walk. 6 miles, says Dad this morning. Yeah right. Turned out more like 8. Those two extra miles make a BIG difference. Well. Sort of. Still, nice chilled out day, along the canals of Manchester, and with a nice lunch at the end of it, so I can't really complain. It's always welcome to spend the day out with my dad too. Not enough of those.
One more day in the North, I think, then home on Thursday. Then lots of work to be done, including re-doing the seating plan for the classroom, aka an exercise in seeing just how unpopular I can make myself with 30 children!
