Job offer and annoying neighbors

It turns out I must have a genie as an extended family member.  How is it that I'm discussing my job-anxiety on Friday morning, and then offered a job that afternoon?  At a place that I want to work at, got a good vibe from the supervisor, get to work in San Francisco, and it pays great???  Weirdness, fantastic weirdness
