First day of classes
and i'm happy:) I've been wandering around lonely the past few days (other than hanging out with my friend Jill, from Vegas, whom i hardly like and just used her so i wasn't alone). But I met quite a few people in my classes that i'll be seeing twice a week in class (so far) and even a few who live in my dorm:) Today was only two classes and i have four more classes before things start over on Thursday, so i expect even more friendly's (sp).
My schedule:
Hist-110 Renaissance and Revolutions: France from 1700-1800 (exciting!)
Lit-105 The Literary Imagination (interesting reading, i won't be selling back these books)
SIS-105 World Politics (exciting for me :D)
Lit-100 College Writing (Freshman class, bleh. Some good reading expected, though)
Govt-110 Politics in the US (with a 5 hr lab on Wed! Hopefully it'll be good stuff)
SIS-101 Leadership Gateway (it's a 1 credit class with no books needed, i'm not expecting much. I'm taking it because it's a prereq for an international studies major)

My first class this morning was cancelled 5 minutes before because my professor is stuck in Russia. Sucky that I had to get up for an 8:30 cancellation, but a pretty damn cool excuse on the pro's part.
