So I had to read "The Kite Runner" for my lit class and as I was listening to it (I got tired and got the audiobook from the library) I was drawing... and during the part where Amir goes BACK to Afghanistan, I came up with this.

He IS rather solemn, huh? The book was at a not-too-happy place when I drew him, so yes, any of the above would brighten his day.
