No, that is not a clip from the upcoming live action dragon ball movie. I have mixed feelings about this as I am very excited that they are finally actually going to be making one, however, how they are going to do a good job of it I haven't a clue. But it couldn't be any worse than the video above...

...it should be coming out sometime this year apparently. Can't wait to see how awesome it is (awesomely good or awesomely bad either way).
