Ok...so, I just finished posting a freakishly long post! AND now, I'm going to type another one ::grins:: I figured I would be kind to you all "those of you that actually read this thing" and make two separate posts...just so that you don't have to read one really FREAKishLY looooooooooooooooooog post :oP

I'm just gonna skip Wednesday because nothing exciting happened that day. All except for the fact that I helped my wonderful RA, Izzy, make signs for the basketball game. Mine was ugly because I had to trace a bulldog from this towel onto paper...weird huh? BUT THURSDAY....WHEW! What an AWESOME DAY! I had to get up at 8 and go to english, but it was all worth it because I did not have ANY other classes. So at 9 I was done!!!! I didn't really go to the army day thingy because it was so rainy and yucky... Then, I went home for a lil while and came back to school just in time for play rehearsals at 7, and we got to get out early because we were only running act two...and act two has never really taken us that long to get through.

It was really funny too because Matt Winning plays the part of Jason, Medea's husband, and at the end he runs at us with a sword!!! It was hilarious because he literally RAN at us and stuck the sword in our faces while screaming his lines. It scared us sooooooo bad that would COULD NOT stop laughing...haha! Alison also cut him off from saying one of his last lines and then he was like "I HAVE MORE LIIIIIIIIIINE!!!" ALSO, Davie and David, the two little boys that play Medea's children... they are the two cutest things I have ever seen!!! They told Michael Pardue, who plays the tutor, that they loved it when he said " Medea, I bring gud news" Hehe! Davie likes to try and help Medea with her lines too, which I think is very sweet of him...and David is more calm and quiet. Then when we finished up with everything, Brad said something like... "the part where Matt says "I thank divine VENUS!!!" "I thought he said...I thank divine fetus!!!" HAHAHAHA! They are sooooo funny...I just have so much fun at play rehearsals, nuff said!

After that, my roommate, Mark, and I went outside to talk to the army guys because Mark wanted a hot dog..but they only had buns left...awww! So then, I talked Rachel into coming to see the last part of the game with us. It's just to bad because when we got inside... Rachel said "hey you guys, look what I can do" ...and she jumped up in the air...and then she fell down FLAT on her face!!!! It was very funny and because she was laughing I had to laugh too, but I felt so bad for her! I know had that have been me, I probably would have DIED....but she took it really well!! When we got inside, I went over to go see my friends in the pep band! I miss band soooo much *cries* BUT I got to see my good friend Lici and Meredith. I saw Chris too.. but he was too busy so I didn't get to talk to him. I got to see our dancers too...and they rocked!!!! I miss dance too...gah!

After the game was over (we lost the championship by the way...makes me sad) me and mark went over to the workout center and played some ping-pong! It was so much fun and I definitely had not played that game in FOREVER!!! We also could not keep the ping-pong ball on the table to save our lives, but it was very fun..and my face turned SOOOOOOOOO red. I found it kind of humourous because ping-pong is NOT an extreme sport. HAHA! I kept telling my friends that I would really hate to see what color my face would turn to if I happened to play an extreme sport...hehehe! I remember playing soccer when I was younger, and my face has always turned bright red after running around and doing stuff. I guess it just doesn't take much for my face to start changing color, but I really got into our lil ping-pong game ^_~

After I got back inside the door, I sat down in the floor and talked to one of the girls in my hall. She was really worried about a test she had to study for, but I told her she would do fine and that if she had any doubts... she could just miss it and make it up later. That's what I do sometimes when I know I'm being pushed for time.

On friday...nothing really exciting happened really, but play rehearsals were cut short because Alison was not feeling well...at all! We ran through all of act one with Lindsay, our stage manager, reading Medea's part..while Alison just went through all of her blocking. After we had finished Scot told us all just to go home and rest!!!! Half of our cast wasn't feeling well..so I'm very glad he let us all go a little bit early. BUT when my roommate and I got back in the room, we got into this major argument. We always have really silly arguments, which makes it really easy to forgive each other...but at that moment we were furious. So, I got all my stuff together and drove to downtown shelby to eat with my mom and one of her friends. After that I went home and tried to get to bed as early as possible, because I knew I was going to have a busy day the next day.

Saturday morning I was suppose to get up and go back to school at 10:00...well, turns out I did not get there until an hour later! Jeremy Kurr called me on the way there (he plays Aegeus in our play) and asked me where I was, and I told him I was on my way! I think it's funny that he ended up having to call EVERYONE on the cast list, and even the people who are not doing the play anymore...which he said they were not too happy about ;O) So, from 11-12 I helped sew skirts for our chorus members. Then I went to Italian Gardens for lunch with my mother. After that I went back and stayed in the green room sewing until 6 that night! After going through light cues and blocking, we called it a night :o)

Sunday(yesterday..duh)...we ran the whole show off book with Cynthia reading for Alison. It was very exciting getting as far as we did, and all under 2 hours!!!! Anyways, everyone should come and see this play! We have a lot of very TALENTED actors and actress...and I don't think you will be disappointed. Our costumes are a tad bit on the strange side, but all in all it's going to be a great show. You won't regret it if you come ;O) We also have an awesome introduction that I think EVERYONE will just LUV!!! The dates of this show will be March 2,3,4,5, and the 7th at 7:30 in DOVER THEATER! AND if you are reading this and you do not go to my school but are interested in coming...I would be more than happy to help get you here in any way that I can ^_~ Alright..well I need to get ready to go to Theater History class now! Peace out you all, and I hope everyone has an AWESOME week!!
