whew...am I ever tired!
Hello people:oP I just now returned from my first sewing class EVER!!!!! I must say that I really enjoyed it, even though I kinda found out that I really can't sew all that straight..hehe! I was suppose to sew along the 15 mark line and I was doing fine until I got around to the last corner of the square piece, and then I kinda drifted off to the 10 *wink wink* It's really a lot harder than I thought it would be, but my teacher told me with more time and practice that I would be well on my way in becoming a very skilled seamstress.
Sorry everyone...I'll brb...going to the grocery store with my mom...will continue when I get back! Alrighty...I just got back and I bought one of those pizza lunch-ables and ate it on the way home...YUMMMMM! Anyways, I really had fun in my sewing class today. I learned that sewing is a pretty complicated thing, but I am seeew---->(hehe corny I know) excited about learning to sew that I want to take on even more sewing assignments than Mrs. Chestnut has already given me for the holiday....and for those of you who don't know..she is the interior design and sewing teacher at my old beloved high school-------->R.S. Central. I really like her..she's a very sweet lady and she laughed at all my cheesy remarks about being a terrible sewer. She even laughed when I told her that my first assignment, which is making a pocketbook, was going to turn out sooooo ugly. The funny thing is...she thought it was because of the fabric she choose for me to use, but I assured her that it was going to be because of my poor pathetic sewing job. She just laughed at me...hehe! Anyways, I am really really REALLY sleepy because I only got three hours of sleep last night because I had to study for 2 tests, and of course I procrastinated until the VERY LAST possible second!!!! Hey, it's what I do best^_~
Well, I guess all I have left to do today is finish my Old Testament project and get it ready for tomorrow...after that I will be FREEEEEEE!!!! Well, not technically. I'll still have Monday and Tuesday before my Thanksgiving break actually begins. It's going to be the start of a crazy week. First of all I will have 3 tests on Monday: Art Survey and 2 in Old testament....then for Tuesday I will have to be off book for my monologue for Acting class, and we will also be getting our Spanish tests back. I really don't think I did all that great because she only gives us like 15 minutes to finish our tests.....and I don't know about you all but it takes Spanish a lot more time to process in my brain than that. Call me stupid but it just does X_x Oh well, I think I'll go take a well deserved nap now before dinner and starting on my project.
ALSO, Carolyn's friend Jennifer called me up last night and we talked for like an hour and a half or so. We both talked about how we both are Final Fantasy freaks and how we are both excited about this years Animazement. I'm going to be in a group with them and she had called me up to see if I wanted to go with them to Mary Jo's on Saturday for some SERIOUS fabric hunting. HEEEEEECK YEAH I DO!!!!! I'm sooooo excited and I can't wait to hang out with them. We also talked about Gackt and how there really isn't anything all that great about him and how people would get mad if we made that point known to them ^0^ I really don't know enough about the J-rockers to really have an opinion, but I just thought that it was funny. Jennifer is soooo funny! I'm really looking forward to being apart of their AWESOME group!!! Jennifer also told me that Laura and Stephen will not be attending this years Animazement... ::CRIES:: Stephen will be in Japan because he went as a transfer student and Laura said she didn't want to go if he didn't. Oh well..it is very disappointing that they aren't going..but I guess there is always Animazement 2006! That's it...gravity is taking its toll on my eyelids!!!! Adios mi amigos!!!!!
