Fawlty Towers & Resigning
Hi to all who were interested in coming along to the Fawlty Towers dinner show...
I think it was just leigh bear, sledge, amanda, sarah, anth, Jordon and myself?
Anth and I have decided it's best we don't go..... reasons below, you're all welcome to still go if you want! just google fawlty towers dinner show, it was at the York on Lilydale on the 9th of September... $95
Basically its uni semester, so I shouldn't be planning so many social things, and I'd rather do Nat's walk on the Sunday as its freeeee and exercising with friends which = Free serotonin!!!!
Also I just resigned from my decent paying desk job and I'm going to work casually back in the disability field.... so it means being very careful with funds once again..... so being strong and saying no to fun expensive things.... which this is one of ...... (it was going to cost $285 for Anth Jordon and I to go....)
Desk jobs are not for me..... at all..... sitting on arse nearly 24/7 makes Jess go something something... $ does not make one happy... being active does!!!
I'm very much looking forward to seeing all my old friends at the past two places I have worked at over the last 10 years (Onemda & Wallara) They've already put me on their casual lists and are waiting for me to finish up at Click... it got to the point where I was dreaming about people with disabilities nearly 4 nights a week.... brain says hint hint...
Soooo yeah, if you want to go, go ahead and organise it, I think they'll come back and do it again anyway, this is something that has been around for ages so I'm just going to catch it next time....
