So curious about the Luella/Target jacket. It's darling! Do you know the bust & waist measurements? c:

i dont have a tape measure at this moment, but id a 36 C and id say the max it could fit is a 38 in the bust, maybe a 39. its a boxy shape, so its about the same throughout, but my waist is about a 30 and it has a little room on me. ill try to find a tape measure tomorrow, but i hope this helps a bit.
