Sunday bloody Sunday
I wish I didn't have to work today.
I have SO much to do before we leave for Vegas! WHICH IS THIS WEDNESDAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! holy crap! I'm working till 6 at Rockstar, going to Xina's birthday party, going to see Made in Mexico at AS220, sleeping until 6:30 tomorrow, going to class, coming home for a few hours, leaving sometime in the afternoon to go to Boston to see Regina Spektor at a private show or something?? it's at Studio One on Boylston St- they sent out an email through my work- I'm not sure if it's just for Newbury employees or what??, then coming home and sleeping until whenever, then I'm getting my hurr did at 3:30, then working until 9:30, sleeping til 6:30, going to class, coming home to get the rest of my shit together and then GOING TO THE EFFING AIRPORT!! I haven't been on a plane in 5 years.............. I hope I don't have a panic attack. I think I'll be okay. I'm kind of looking forward to it. heh last time my sister flew by herself, she took like 3 adavans and drank on the plane. She called my dad that night when she got in, then talked to my mom the next day and said EVERYTHING she said to my dad and my mom was like,"I know, Dad told me after you called last night." and she was like,"I called last night??" hahahaha maybe that's what I should do!!! Mike and Emily haven't flown in a long time either, so at least we're in the same boat. I'm really looking forward to this trip. I haven't packed a thing yet... I guess I should start planning. I think at work today I'll write a list of everything I need to get done before we go, and everything I need to pack. I'm excited to get my hurr did. Just dyed- no cutting. My roots are pretty bad, and my color is pretty faded. Last time I went, he was like,"Oooh I like the color it faded too! I'm going to add some highlights to it- I kind of like it just as it is!" So he didn't really color it... and now it REALLY needs it.
I stayed at my parents house after work Friday night so I could go out yesterday with my mom before work. We went to breakfast and then to Filene's- I got 3 pairs of shoes for $4.50 each!!! They were 90% off!! They're cute too. And I got some earrings on clearance and some sunglasses and a pair of sneakers, since I had to get rid of almost all of mine. Then we went to Ruth's Intimate Apparel in Cranston, which was where I really wanted to go! It's such a great shop! The walls are all pink and there's just shelves and shelves of white boxes with bras and whatnot inside. There were like 6 people working there- there's no way you could go in and not have assistance. I wanted to get a minimizer- I got the one Oprah wears! ha! Me and Oprah have the same bra. Sweet. I wanted one for some of my dresses- I think they'll fit better. I haven't tried one on yet. I have a bunch of stuff to alter before Las Vegas! I have a dress at the dry cleaner right now that is this gorgeous bright blue heavy raw silk or silk shantung. It's just a sheath dress, but the fabric is so pretty. I can't wait to wear it.
So I heard back from Richard the other night. He NEVER SENT MY W2!!!!! KASHFKJDFHUIEWPOA{POIENFN{SJD!!!!!!!!! So he gave me all the info- Mike is off getting our taxes done right now. I hope we don't have to pay.... I will cry.
