but in the good news dept. hopefully we are done fighting with the IRS which means that you might be able to more than just 300. but this is the IRS, and that asshole did claim the kids again, and it's already been 3 months. so who the hell knows.

nope, my sister still has "custody" of the kids. the only way i'd get it is if fat ass agreed. or until i can find an inexpensive attorney here so i can get custody through a massachusettes court.

look up the local chapter of CASA. they are a group (i think through NCJW) who provide free or low cost legal help within the family courts. give them a call... they may be able to help you out with getting custody *and* with the irs and him claiming the kids.
