Hi. I missed you.

No really I do. I made a New Year's resolution to only go to Lexington once a month and while it has helped me cut the cord, it's left me in a strange friend limbo. Things I still really miss include Bike Gang, Saturday nights at the Dame, having people to eat with all the time, and staying up all night.

But, I am moving from my little old lady house starting tomorrow when I'm closing on a house in much better, less suburban part of town. Meaning two things, I'm going to have a housewarming party that you will need to attend and that I'm going to be a much happier person in my new place. I can walk to bars that keep my favorite beers on tap and there is a small dog park just a block away. Semi-urban homeownership bliss awaits me.

Work is good even though I have to wear business clothes and be there at 8 everyday. I'm getting projects that I like that I feel will seriously increase my chance of landing a job with an awesome publisher someday. School's good, too. I will post links to my web work when I finish up all my projects for the semester.

My car's in the shop this week and my dad's POS car isn't working meaning that I'm rolling deep in my mom's Lexus since she can't drive it anyways (shoulder surgery). If you feel like cruising and listening to her killer sound system let me know.

I kinda forgot the LJ existed there for a month or so. Seems I missed a bit of drama-rama.

So that's the update with me. Pretty basic. Things are good but there's room for them to be better.
