So sad :-(
My salon, Incredible Changes, the little upscale, artsy Bumble & bumble shop is closing.
all those years of memories gone like someone turned the page in the book of my life.
a place i loved gone at someone's whim.
of course, i had it nice. I was not the business owner; I just came in when i wanted to and worked independently, kept all my money, and only had to pay my booth rent.
Sigh.
I have one of the salon's royal purple hair towels. Part of me just wants to bury my face in it and cry. The other part of me realizes how pathetic that would be, knows there will be other opportunities, and remains numb.
..Maybe I'll go cry anyway. :'(
Because life sucks and sometimes good things have to come to an end.
