I decided to translate the rest of the members interview for WINK-UP March issue:)

Shibutani Subaru
Q1. When you were walking around town, you saw a girl that's your type what would you say to her?
A. Of course I can't. That's why I'll start appealing myself so they'll talk to me. Till their like "O it's Kanjani 8"(laugh). If they can't tell by my face, I'll casually start singing one of our songs. Worst case, I'll borrow one of our outfits and take my guitar and go! I'll do all that, but I can't go up to her and talk to her normally.
Q2. Can you ask for a girl's number that you like? OR will you wait till they tell you?
A. If we met a couple times and talk to each other a lot then I could totally ask. But if I was really interested in her before asking for her number I think I'll straight up say "you're my type. I like you".
Q3. When you get a mail(text) from someone you like will you respond right away?
A. Reply right away. But don't think I'm into you because I replied right away once or twice. Depending on my mood I'll reply right away. If I'm replying right away 100% of the time then you could think I'm somewhat into you (laugh). Basically I'm lazy when it comes to mail(text). If I like the girl I'll text but, friends I rather talk on the phone.
Q4. Can you tell us how to get Subaru's heart
A. That's hard. If they come to me, I won't go out with them. If your thinking what kind of girl should I be for me to fall for you, that's already a no. I'll know when you're trying to act a certain way for me to like you. I'll really hate you right away. If you want me to take notice, don't like me? I want to be the one to chase. I'm a hunter(laugh).
Q5. Tell us your recent status
A. I'm~ drinking a lot (laugh). During New Years I met up with my friends in Osaka and had drinks. I had a great New Years. After the live I rested. The live was so much fun. I felt an accomplishment like we did something big. I think we did something amazing. We were able to do countdown on our own. Everyone spent money and time to come during New Years? In the cold. We need a lot of power to make the people enjoy the live but we get power back from the people. I really felt that. People ask why do you guys always seem like your having fun and be as one? It's because of the audience. The most amazing is the audience. Everyone is the one making us be who we are. To keep this relation between us and the audience and to keep feeling this way I thought I need to keep working hard.
Murakami Shingo
Q1. When you were walking around town, you saw a girl that's your type what would you say to her?
A. Even if she was 100% my type I won't go talk to her on the streets. Becuase I don't know her background. She could be someone's friend I know or my friend's girlfriend. That's why I wouldn't talk to her.
Q2. Can you ask for a girl's number that you like? OR will you wait till they tell you?
A. I won't ask. I'll give her mine. Even if its a guy I'll give him my number. If I ask I'll have to call them, and I'm lazy to make it like a responsibility for me to call. So I just say "here's my number, call me when you have time please". For the girl's situation they'll call if their interested and if they don't call then that's it. I won't chase. I don't have the energy anymore to do that (laugh).
Q3. When you get a mail(text) from someone you like will you respond right away?
A. I'll wait. It will be a pain if they think I'll reply back right away(laugh). If I put 100% of my energy in the beginning it won't last till the end. From the beginning I'm putting all my powers, but if we decide to go out I won't be able to continue putting all my energy. I know my personality so usually I go with 60% to 70% energy and when I think it's time I go 100%. That's why in the beginning I say I'm really lazy. I'll try but don't have your hopes high (laugh).
Q4. Can you tell us how to get Hina's heart
A. They don't appeal themselves that much but their always by my side, and when I notice, I'll be interested. For example I'll ask "why are you here" and they say "because I want too" my tension will be high. On the contrary if they come too straightforward I'll be annoyed. I like old style girls. My ideal is a quite wife that supports her husband but she holds the power of the house.
Q5. Tell us your recent status
A. Rehearsals for the butai. Keep the same taste as last year and add some changes this year. Last time was mostly adlib but this time it's the total opposite and its well scripted. That's why there's a lot to remember... I'm the one who brought it up but I said too much (laugh). But I'm happy to be able to do a play from the start of a new year. I'll make sure to make it a good show.
Ohkura Tadayoshi
Q1. When you were walking around town, you saw a girl that's your type what would you say to her?
A. Wha, I won't say anything. Even if she's my type, that won't be a reason to go talk to her. I think thats a nice way to meet but thats not for me. It takes time for me to get along with people. It's impossible for me to get close with someone in one day. That's why I have to start from being friends and develop from there, so love at first sight is impossible.
Q2. Can you ask for a girl's number that you like? OR will you wait till they tell you?
A. I won't be able to ask, but I won't wait for them to tell me (laugh). If nothing happens then that's it. But if we get close then there will be time where we naturally tell each other our numbers.
Q3. When you get a mail(text) from someone you like will you respond right away?
A. If I can text then I'll reply back right away. I don't think about what to say. But I try to use emoji. I think it's like common courtesy. But, I dont mind getting a lot of texts from the girl I like but when I cant reply back I wont. If I'm busy with work, that comes first. Plus if its my girlfriend I prefer talking on the phone. If its before we're going out then I'll text to be able to talk more but if it's my girlfriend we're comfortable with each other and I would want to hear her voice. Plus phone is fast and easy (laugh)
Q4. Can you tell us how to get Ohkura's heart
A. Someone that's inconsiderate, or doesn't care about other people I can't stand it. I like a girl who can think about others. Also I don't like people who play hard to get. Guy or girl I could only be around people that are straight foward. Plus I have to like the girl first. If the girl tries to make the move I won't be interested. Of course if it's the girl I like I'm okay with that. But if I don't like that girl and I coul tell she's into me I'll pull back. I'll be like sorry, I can't. That's why it's not about getting my heart, I have to fall for you.
Q5. Tell us your recent status
A. Countdown was so much fun. I was really happy rather than being deeply moved. The audience came as if it were a big festival and everyone was loud and celebrating. I really felt like it was a great New year start, it was very memorable.
Maruyama Ryuhei
Q1. When you were walking around town, you saw a girl that's your type what would you say to her?
A. Thinking normally, I won't say anything! If it were like a place with everyone there and having fun I might talk to her but I don't have the guts to walk up to her on the streets. Even if I want to talk to her, I can't talk till there's an atmosphere made for us to talk.
Q2. Can you ask for a girl's number that you like? OR will you wait till they tell you?
A. If we get to know each other I'll ask. It might take a while till I ask, or I'll think about how to ask but I won't be able to stand not asking (laugh). Actually, rather than ask, I'll probably just give her my number. I think that's more secure. If their not interested they just won't call back. This way you could test their feelings too.
Q3. When you get a mail(text) from someone you like will you respond right away?
A. I'll reply right away! But sometimes on purpose I'll wait a little to reply. If I keep replying back right away then they might not know when to end and it's embarrassing just thinking about how they might think I really like them(laugh). Plus I use emoji so they might think I'm like a player. That's why if I think to myself you're going crazy I'll stop once(laugh).
Q4. Can you tell us how to get Maru's heart
A. I like a person who can control me. That's why I want my girlfriend to know my good points and more so my bad points. And, when pointing out my bad parts, it might be annoying but I want them to tell me at the right moment. For example when I failed at something I want them to say something to cheer me to work hard next time at the right timing. I want them to do this because it shows how much they know/understand me. It's important for me for the girl to be able to think about others.
Q5. Tell us your recent status
A. This morning, when I was eating breakfast at the hotel I was staying, I was seated with a Spain person. And I tried talking to him with my bad english and gesture but it was a lot of fun. I really thought "the early bird gets the worm" is true.
Yasuda Shota
Q1. When you were walking around town, you saw a girl that's your type what would you say to her?
A. I won't say anything. I'll just think "aww she's cute~ if we were meant to be we'll see each other again somewhere" and that's it. When I like someone I need to get to know them first. That's why I won't go talk to them just because I pass them on the street.
Q2. Can you ask for a girl's number that you like? OR will you wait till they tell you?
A. I can ask! I think I can ask straight without thinking about it too much. I'll just be like can you tell me your number.
Q3. When you get a mail(text) from someone you like will you respond right away?
A. I reply right away~. I text back right away even to my friends. I'm the type that holds my cellphone and be like "why aren't they replying".
Q4. Can you tell us how to get Yasu's heart
A. Show me your smile. When humans laugh out loud their face gets kind of distorted, so girls care about that so they don't laugh out loud right? But, if you show me that face I'll feel warm inside. If they show me a smile with wrinkles on the side of their eyes I'll be like "o, that's nice", and if that smile is cute then it's perfect (laugh).
Q5. Tell us your recent status
A. The New Year was really like the new year (laugh). I ate my mom's osechi, and ozouni *all japanese new year dish*. This time, my mom tried to make the ozouni tasting like my bother-in law's family*Yasu's sister's husband* ozouni. My brother in laws family puts in fish and pork meat for the dashi*to get flavor*. My mom said she failed. The fish and the pig fought with each other (laugh). It was disappointing. And the countdown. It was so much fun~. The song choice was good, the clips were good. Also the set we asked the staffs to please put in a really fancy set. Even if we don't have a gorgeous set people still tell us eight's concert are fun. We were building up the excitement, and this time having the set nice too we wanted everyone to say it was even better. In reality, I think the set was too gorgeous for a 3 day concert. Also, the people that came were amazing. The unity with everyone was amazing. Everyone was really hyper. Even during the broadcast everyone helped out. When we have the ear piece on we can't really hear everyone's voice but, this time we were able to hear. I'm really thankful. We all felt the unity between us and the fans. This live really made me feel like Kanjani 8 was going towards one thing and working hard together.
Yokoyama Yu
Q1. When you were walking around town, you saw a girl that's your type what would you say to her?
A. I won't say anything. But if this is I have to go talk to her then I'll say " If you have the time do you want to go get something to eat?" And if they refuse, I'll just give up. I don't fall for someone that fast. After getting to know them, it takes me at least half a year to think I might like them.
Q2. Can you ask for a girl's number that you like? OR will you wait till they tell you?
A. I'll wait till they say lets trade numbers. I think I'll try to make the atmosphere fun and hope that they want to talk to me more. And even if I did all that and they still don't ask, if I feel like they won't reject me I'll ask.
Q3. When you get a mail(text) from someone you like will you respond right away?
A. I'll reply right away. If it's from my friends I won't reply though. I think I'll reply to the person I like only in the beginning. If she becomes my girlfriend I won't respond. Of course if it's like a question like "what are you doing tomorrow" I'll reply even if it's my friend or my girlfriend. But, if it's like "good luck at work" I'll just keep it to myself and be like "I'll do my best".
Q4. Can you tell us how to get Yoko's heart
A. At my age I won't be like a girl with a cute smile (laugh). A way to get my heart huh. I'll be happy If you wear something that makes your chest stand out (laugh) It's not like I like big chested people. It's fine if its small. But, a person with small chest trying to wear clothes to make their chest stand out is a no. The way small chested people are embarrassed about their size is good. It's not like being small chested is embarrassing, and I'm not saying to be embarrassed either. Having a little complex is cute. It's not about the size, but the motivation that you have about your chest.

Q5. Tell us your recent status
A. The filming for the dorama is going well. Yamada kun might having a hard time though. His character's has a lot of ups and downs so it's probably hard to control his emotions. He's an amazing kid. Just by looking at him I think that. He works hard, and I could tell he really likes acting. He's so cute. But, because our age is so far apart, there's a lot of things I take into consideration. Thinking about when I was sixteen, twenty eight felt older. I want to ask him out to go eat together but, I don't know if I'm like allowed too, and I don't know where to take him. I'll try to get a long with Yamada kun more, and I'll try to go eat with him.
