Curling started today at the RMCC, but a little too soon is my guess. Last night there was 6" ice stalagmites covering the ice's surface because the air was too warm and the ice melted, condensed on the ceiling, and dripped repeatedly in the same place. As you can imagine, this made for an interesting game. When we came to play today the jutting icicles were sanded down but the ice was still speckled with bumps the size of golf balls. So when you threw a rock it would hit a bump and clear the ice by an inch.
Apparently I'm now playing with a girl form Bridgewater, who used to played with Amanda.
