I think we all feel the same way about velvetwhip. She is always there in our darkest days to make us feel better. She is there to help when needed and there to cheer us on when we get discouraged. I do not know where I would be without this wonderful woman and I am so grateful to have her in my life. Thank you hun for being such an amazing friend and always being there when I need it.

So here's a wee token of my gratitude.

Pretending
Willow/Angelus
word count: 631

He was supposed to be following the slayer. He was supposed to leave her notes on how he wanted to kill her and what he would do to her friends. He was supposed to kidnap them and torture them. He was supposed to be … anywhere than where he was. Angelus hadn’t let anyone know that Angel was gone. Well not any of the slayer’s friends. To them he was still Angel. And it was hard to pretend he was that brooding reject.

He growled and rubbed his hand across his face. No use pretending when he was doing just that … brooding.

Angelus was in the shadowed halls of the high school waiting for the witch to walk by. He was trying to be patient but he had to admit that was a virtue he just didn’t have time for today. Instead he silently paced … sniffing the air … looking for any sign that she was nearby. All too soon he felt her and the boy walking towards him. He smiled to himself, waiting to pounce. But changed his mind as they walked past him.

Killing them he would not do. Not tonight anyways. Making sure Xander was not paying attention, Angelus grabbed Willow around the waist and placed his hand over her mouth. He pulled her into the shadows and against his body. Xander didn’t seem to notice and continued walking on down the hall. That was just fine with Angelus, he didn’t want any interruptions.

“Don’t struggle,” he whispered hotly in her ear as she pulled at his hands and tried to get away.

Willow stopped struggling and relaxed against him. It was Angel after all. He would never hurt her. But as her body settled against his something felt different. He held her in place, his front pressing into her back. He moved his hand from her mouth to tuck her hair behind her ear as he moved his face against her neck.

“Angel?” she squeaked, her body becoming hot and tingly. Desire and fear racing through her.

With a low growl he spun her, pushing her against the wall, his body aligned with hers. His brown eyes peered into hers as he held her hands above her head. He nudged her thighs apart with his knee, wanting to get as close to her heat as possible. He dipped his head low and kissed her. His mouth pressing deliciously against hers.

Strawberries… She tastes like strawberries, he thought as her lips parted beneath his.

Now he knew why she was calling to him. She was power and light. She was strawberries and cream. She would soon have a darkness that would match his. Her witch was just dying to come out and play and Angelus couldn’t wait.

He kissed her endlessly, his lips moving against hers like she was made for him. She sighed and moaned under him, kissing him back
with everything she had. There was no rhyme or reason to this madness, she couldn’t even think straight. All she could do was feel. Desire, sex, warmth, passion … they were intertwining within her body rushing like electricity through her veins.

Angelus pulled back, allowing Willow to breathe as he pressed kisses along her collarbone.

“Angel?” she asked again, her voice coming out in a breathless whisper.

“Not Angel,” he said in between kisses.

Before she could even gasp or fight him, his mouth was back on hers. His body pressing deliciously against hers. His coldness mixing with her heat. Angelus forgot about the torture and havoc he wanted to wreak on the slayer. He couldn’t tear himself away from the red headed witch.

This is where he and his other half were drastically different. Where Angel wanted Buffy all Angelus could see was Willow.
