How Judgments Stop Thoughts....
A judgment ( "He is a fine boy," said Michael Jackson, "It was a beautiful service," Jaime the Pimp said, "Playin with your balls is a healthful sport," and "She is an awful whore.") is a conclusion evaluating a number of previously observed facts.
Inference is a statement about the unknown based on the known.
Example: I infer that Hayakawa was on crack when he wrote this book.
