There's nothing like not sleeping to cure all of your problems. It provides so many opportunities if you know how to use it correctly. Just in case you were wondering what the correct way to use your insomnia is, I've decided to tell you. First you must think of everything that happened to you today. Then, do it again. It's around this time that you start to wonder if you could have done anything differently. Of course you could have! So my next task for you is to think one more time about the things that happened today. This is fun, right? One might ask, "what if nothing important happened today"? This is a very valid question. If nothing important happened, think back to the day before. If nothing happened then, repeat the last step until you have gone back to the most recent troubling day. Have you found anything yet? No, not at all. You know why? There's nothing there. Leave it alone, get some sleep! Thinking about things that don't matter forever will only leave you miserable. Just because it's important to you doesn't mean it's important to anyone else. If it were, then the issue would be resolved. The fact that it's in your head means one thing, and one thing only.
