Free at last, free at last! Thank God almighty, we are free at last!
It is 10:03pm on Tuesday, November 4, 2008. CNN has just projected that the 44th President of the United States will be Barack Obama.
At last, it is over.
The past 8 years have been a long, dark chapter in the history of this country. And for the first time in her gloried history, America has elected an African-American President. And I praise God that I have lived to see this day!
This is the day when the country took one giant leap forward.
It is a glorious night. It is a watershed moment.
At last, we are taking our country back!
