the coolest story ive heard was about when my parents went to the original memorial back right after he was killed. from what they told me it was freezing and snowing, but during the 10 minutes of silence it got warmer and stopped snowing. then got cold again and resumed snowing when they played Imagine at the very end. thats awesome

Nice. My Dad was coming home from Mothers on 23 (when it was there) & they heard that he had been shot. My Dad was actually too depressed to go anywhere. He just cried all night... Even to this day if we are watching a Lennon special he gets upset, but he still parties listening to the music... So I guess my story's not as cool... but it is true...
