I don't remember much at all from this past week. I guess it wasn't very interesting. I know that Amanda and I went to Vintage Vinyl one day too late to get the TBS CD. Oh well, I'll get in somehow anyway.

The Finch show was sooo good. I almost didn't go because I had no idea where my mom was. She came at 8:something. I missed Days Away so that sucked and I missed a few songs of Counterfeit but I didn't like them much anyway. Recover was next and they killed! Not many people seemed to know them but there was a decent pit. At the end of their set, Dan did a headstand in the crowd and I would have taken a picture but he was grabbing onto my arm for balance and I had to help hold him up with the other arm. It was really cool. I wish I had a scanner to post pictures. Finch stole the show though. They played for almost an hour and a half, throwing in a load of new songs that sounded really good and a cover of Failure's "Stuck On You". They played "Ender" which they haven't done in a long time but everyone kept chanting it and since they missed S&S, that was their "gift" to us. It poured when we got out. I seriously looked like I jumped into a pool. I saw my show friend, Aileen(Eileen? I don't know, we forget each other's names though we've met about six times or something) when I came in and after the show too. We talked to R2K who said he was taking his shower out there. I think I stood out there for a good half hour because I couldn't find my mom and she didn't make an effort to find me. Whatever. Great night. She said a cop told her there were about 4000 people there.

Yesterday we had people over for dinner. I don't think we've ever had a gathering where no one has gotten drunk. Amanda and I did the usual while listening to Warped bands. Our cousin met some guy whose brother (confusing?) is friends with the guys in Finch, Brand New, Yellowcard, and Taking Back Sunday and he might get her in for free. She'll be at an afterparty Saturday so we'll see. I don't think I'm excited yet for Warped Tour. I just get worried because shit always happens now and I'll end up getting screwed like having TBS and The Bled play at the same time =^/

Speaking of Yellowcard, I found out at the Finch show that they're playing Convention Hall November 6th and/or 7th with The Starting Line. Woo! Although, I doubt he was supposed to announce it yet since they're going to on Sunday. I don't think I'll ever stop liking those bands no matter what anyone says.

I don't talk a lot but I do. I think it's a matter of me needing someone to hear me.

Everyone NEEDS to watch this car commercial that was never advertised because of this "ghostly" mist that floated in front of the car after it was shot. Spooky shit. I think it's a ghost. Post your comments on it.
