Well, I found the number. I've already decided I'm moving because I can't take it anymore, but this guy is seriously testing my patience. Today the kids sound like they're throwing themselves into the walls, and I really wonder what the hell goes on next door. Besides for the guy being a total asshole, he's obviously proven that he can't handle being a parent. He turns the TV on and lets the kids do whatever the hell they want. Yesterday - they were screaming for SO long that I actually had to leave the house. This morning, one of the kids was crying ALL damn morning. I am so pissed off. I never get this upset over stupidity but it is too much already.
