Anyone interested in a beach house in Belmar?

I am getting in trouble for not getting the word out about our beach house in Belmar. We are looking to do a half or a full summer, and we have 4 girls who would be doing this. For the condo that we're considering, we would like to have 6 people. If there is enough interest (at least 10 people), we would try to get a house. This is really what I would like to do because with a house, you can have bbq's, etc., and have people crash whenever they're in the area. Anyway, here are the prices - let me know if you're interested so I can keep you up to date!
The condo is going for $4000 for a month. Think I can get another week added in there for free if I bargain right. So 4 or 5 weeks for $1000 each. Room for two more people in the condo. just don't like that it's far from the beach - it's located next to BarA. and only has parking for 2 cars.
Rates:
Summer: Season is $12,000
Monthly rental is $4,000
Weekly rental is $1,000
Memorial and Labor Day weeks are $1,500 each
Winter: Rental is from early Sept until the end of May @ $1100/mo neg.
