I had a lot to say, right up until I logged into Livejournal. I will do an actual, valid update when I next have a day off. For now you'll have to deal with this inane, pointless entry.
I'm amused, or maybe nearly driven to homicide, by how incredibly stupid people are when they don't get what they want or need. At work last night people were near hysterics (Ohgodweneedflashlightswaterbatteriescannedfood). When told that we were out of bottled water by the gallon a woman, dressed in Gucci and looking like she'd breaked in half if you bumped into her, blinked at me stupidly without saying anything. This prompted me to try and be helpful. "You could boil water at home and then stick it in the fridge" said I. Her response? "Oh dammit, I guess I'll just have to buy a lot of the 24 oz. bottles." She then pulled two cases off the shelf, dropped them on the floor, ordered her six or seven year old daughter to drag said 25 pound cases to the front of the store, filing her nails as she walked.
On second thought, it isn't stupidity. It's how fucking spoiled and lazy people are. These are the type of people that would flee from an erupting volcano only to lament the fact that they had left their make-up bag behind.
Sometimes I wish that we were lawless and I had a big gun to match my big fucking cock.
