ok, so i might have done this before, ya i probably have, but we are doing this again--and for real this time cause im serious about getting into a size 9-(juniors).
LiveJournal is going to become my food journal, complete with gross bikini pics of me showing my hopeful changes and reciepes that i find along the way or create myself to hopefully inspire and motivate who ever shall come upon this. I'd really like to take all of my entries after a period of time and complie a book from it. Not even to be published (which would be super fantastic in itself) but just as a cronicle of what women do to themselves and the emotional rollercoasters and self loathing and pity we put ourselves through for no good reason.
The line, women come in all shapes and sizes and curves are beautiful, is a crock of shit and we all know it. I think we as a gender need to stop makiing excuses for ourselves and justifing the fact that we are large and jiggle in not all the right places. We make ourselves think, big is beautiful---which it may be---and that justifys eating the mcdonalds big mac supersized value meal. No more ladies.
I tired the south beach diet and it worked FABULOUS, while I waa single......i really dont think that diet works or that its the easiest to stick to if your in a relationship. So, here's my shot at a comination of a diet pill, exercise and watchful eating diet....we'll see if this works

salad w/ rosemary lime chicken (dont be fooled, wishbone makes this salad dressing and its a super marinade!)

---It makes my life a lot simplier when i plan for dinner in the beginning of the morning....less decisions at the end of the day, which means less trips to mcdonalds dollar menu on the way home cause im too tired to figure out what to make myself.
